I hope you all enjoyed the long weekends and had a safe holiday. I wanted to offer some tips to keep you healthy this year!!!
*Drink warm water instead of cold to warm you from the inside out.
*Wear a scarf around your neck and under your coat to keep the cold air from "invading" your defensive Qi. Wearing a scarf can protect you from getting a winter cold.
*Stretch out after you have shoveled the driveway or sidewalk. This will keep your back limber and prevent you from getting stiff.
Just a few thoughts on how you can take care of yourself all year.
